How can I make sure that the order was made correctly?
- After completing checkout you will recieve an order confirmation email. (please check the spam folder.) If you didn't recieve the email, get in touch with us.
How are the products priced?
- We know that our value is the exceptional experience our clients get - how easy, simple and convenient it is to shop with us, so we don't and never will compete on the lowest prices, however we do keep our pricing competetive even without applying discounts, offers and promotions.
- All prices you see in the online store are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) for each country that is part of the EU, meaning prices differ depending on the delivery country / address. Learn more about pricing and VAT.
Do you have special offers?
- Yes we do. You can check out all the offers and promotions in the product page.
How do I activate an offer?
- It's easy, you get in touch with us and we send you an invoice with the promotion already applied.
Do you offer gift cards?
- We offer digital gift cards, which are delivered instantly to the email address of your choice with an optional custom message.
- Gift cards can be applied to purchases in the online store. Multiple gift cards can be applied to a single order.
- Gift cards are non-reloadable and, except where required by law, cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or returned.
Are all products from the brands listed in the shop?
- No, the products you see in the online store are handpicked favorites based on our past experience with clients. If you would like to order a product by a brand we represent, that is not listed in the store, please contact us and we will assist you.
Are the products authentic?
- Ofcourse. The products are delivered directly from the manufacturers factory in Italy to you.
How can I request design services?

- There is no precise answer or range of prices we can list, it really depends on the project or task at hand. Let's get in touch and talk about the details.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do we ship to?
- Directly from the online store you can order to all countries that are part of the European Union.
- If you reside outside of the EU, we offer on request worldwide delivery. Learn more.
What are the costs?
- For all orders within the European Union - Front door delivery is free of charge which means the price you see is the full price you pay. We also offer in room delivery + assembly for an additional price that depends on your location. To recieve a quote please contact us.
- Outside of the EU - Depends on where we need to ship to and the local taxes / customs. To recieve a quote please contact us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- After the manufacturing proccess is over, it usually takes from 3 to 5 business days for your order to be delivered, it ofcourse depends on your location. All orders are sent to you directly from the brands factory in Italy.
How can I track the status of my order?
- We will keep you updated every step of the way through email, but you are more than welcome to call or message our customer support team at any time.
Does the delivery services include unpacking and installing?
- Our default delivery option (free of charge in EU) doesn't include in room delivery, unpacking or assembly / installing, however we offer these services for an additional cost that depends on your location. To recieve a quote please contact us.
What's included in delivery?
- Transport insurance - All orders are insured so in the unlikely event your piece arrives to you in less than perfect condition, we will exchange it and cover the damages.
- Front door delivery - This is our default delivery option and is free of charge for every order inside the european union. We’ll deliver your item(s) to the front door of your house or apartment on the scheduled day and time.
- After sales support - Our customer support team will keep you updated along the way, so you stay informed about the status of your order at all times.
Complaints & Returns
What is your policy for returns?
- We are a customer first company and with integrity being one of our core values, we always look to go above and beyond for our clients. In case something goes south or you won't be satisfied, we will look to resolve the situation humanely and as quickly as possible. We do offer returns or exchanges relying and according to the european union 14 day return policy.
What should i do if my order came damaged?
- If despite all our care transport damages have occurred, we recommend to decline the delivery or sign the delivery receipt with the note “under reserve”. To help us send you an intact copy as quickly as possible, please notify our customer service as well as the carrier of the damage in writing as soon as you can, best within 5 days. We have the possibility of claiming damages from our carriers within 5 days of delivery, so we kindly ask you for your cooperation.
How do I initiate the return of a product?
- By contacting our customer support team as soon as possible. They will guide you through the whole process.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
- We do, or in case of a damaged order our insurance company covers the costs of return shipping.
Can I exchange ordered products for something else?
- Within 3 business days of making a purchase you have the option change the product you ordered in the same value.
- If it's been over 3 business days or you have already recieved your order then no, it's not possible.
Is it possible to get a refund?
- No, we don't offer refunds.
Is it possible to get replacement parts for a product?
- Should you need replacement parts for one of your ordered products, we will be happy to acquire them from the manufacturer for you. To accomplish this, we will need the name of the replacement part. Please contact our customer service with your request. They will enquire the availability and price from the manufacturer and send you all necessary information on how to proceed.

What payment methods do you accept?
- We offer payments by apple pay, credit card or bank transfer. We use Stripe to process our payments. For assistance please contact us.

Do you offer financing or installment payment plans?
- We are looking into it, but at this exact moment unfortunately we don't.
Are there any additional fees or taxes on top of the listed price?
- The answer is very short and simple - No. The price you see is the full price you pay. (Tax + Shipping included)
How do I proceed with the payment as a commercial customer?
